Subject: More than expected
Comment: I rented this home for a 2 weeks period. The location is ideal. Really close to Disney, Seaworld and other facilities. The home is just as described on the webside. It is very clean and very welcoming. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The community is great
too, the pool is beautiful and if you like golfing
there is a few golf course nearby. The owner was great! She gave us tons of info about Orlando even before we had actually rented and she was really quick to answer all of our many question. The price was great. You get more of what you pay for! And WiFi was a must. I will definitely rent this house again on my next trip to Orlando.

The home is just as described on the webside. It is very clean and very welcoming. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The community is great too, the pool is beautiful and if you like golfing there is a few golf course nearby.

She gave us tons of info about Orlando even before
we had actually rented and she was really quick to
answer all of our many question. The price was great. You get more of what you pay for! And WiFi was a must. I will definitely rent this house again on my next trip to Orlando.

Nice home, very clean, neighbours only on one side and no one behind, which guarantees privacy. The house and the lanai are well furnished and there are tile floors everywhere (no carpets). Large HDTV in the living room. Internet available in the house. Community is very clean, quiet and secure. Shared amenities includes a tennis court, a pool table, a ping-pong table, a playground, a pool and a children pool which are heated all year long. No resort fees, no additional charges.
If you like golf, there are nice golf courses from 15 $ at less than 5 min. If you like fishing, there is a beautiful lake in a state park nearby. There are also vineyards nearby.
Publix, Walgreen, Applebee's and many other stores - 1 mile

Jolie maison, très propre, aucuns voisins à l'arrière ni sur l'un des côtés; assurant ainsi le maximum d'intimité. Le plancher de la maison, tout comme la véranda, sont en céramique (aucun tapis). Les meubles sont de qualité et confortables. Grand téléviseur HD dans le salon. Internet est disponible directement dans la maison. Un matelas d'air et un parc pour bébé sont disponibles. Le secteur est très propre, tranquille et sécuritaire. Les installations communautaires incluent une table de pool, une table de ping-pong, un terrain de jeux, une piscine et un barboteuse qui sont chauffées toute l'année. Aucuns frais supplémentaires pour nettoyage ou accès aux aires communes.
Si vous aimez le golf, vous trouverez de très beaux terrains à des prix très accessibles (15 $) et ce, à quelques minutes seulement.
Si vous aimez la pêche et le plein air, vous pouvez visiter le parc du Lac Louise situé à environ 20 minutes.
Vous pouvez également visiter des vignobles dont un est situé à environ 25 minutes.

Very nice home,very clean.Masterbed room with queen size bed plus full size masterbath room. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds plus jack and jill bathroom. Queen size sleeper bed sofa. Fully equipped kitchen,extra large screen in lanai with jacuzzi. Great corner lot location across from beautiful club house.
