Newly remodeled, with a gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops – you are welcomed immediately into an oversized bright and open dining and kitchen space. The adjacent living room is thoughtfully decorated in cool beach hues and is comfortably suited for 6 to 8 persons to relax around the wood burning fireplace, or watch a movie on the 42” wall mounted flat panel TV. Built-around a meticulously landscaped interior courtyard with private hot tub and warm outdoor shower, this vacation rental property sleeps 9 comfortably, and holds a crowd well.

In the morning, walk up to the Windmill Coffee House for fresh coffee and pastries, before spending the day on sea kayaks available at the nearby Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor for a marginal fee.
