LIVING AREA

Double entry doors lead into the foyer; on the right is the formal lounge, with double leather sofa bed and dining room. At the end of the hall is the down stairs cloak room and beyond is the open planned kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The breakfast room has seating for 4 around the round table overlooking the private pool and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave.

The large family room with its double heighted ceiling, which is overlooked from the sky bridge, has 2 leather sofas, matching coffee table and side tables, a 42 Inch Plasma HD Cable TV, DVD player with divx and cd stereo.

The garage houses the games room with pool table, air-hockey table, darts board, and wall mounted cable TV. There is also a Beer/Wine fridge which is very popular with our male guests!!!
Within a self-contained unit within the garage you will find the full size washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron are also supplied.

MASTER BEDROOM

The beautiful master bedroom, with upgraded furniture takes up the whole of the left hand side of first floor of the property with its king size bed, dresser and mirror, bedside tables, wall mounted cable tv, radio alarm clock and hairdyer.

Leading from the bedroom through the arch is the master bathroom with double walk in shower, bath, separate wc, his & her vanity units and walk in closet.

OTHER BEDROOMS

On the ground floor are the 2 Queen en-suites with cable TV, closets, dresser with mirrors, bedside table, radio alarm clocks, and hairdryers. The en-suites have a bath, over bath shower, vanity unit, & toilet, towels are provided. One of the Queen bedrooms leads onto the pool deck through the patio doors.

Upstairs there are 2 Twin bedrooms which share a bathroom, bathroom has vanity unit, toilet, bath with overheadshower, towels. The rooms both have dressers, fitted wardrobes, cable tv. hairdryers

POOL

One of the main features of the villa is the great SOUTH facing heatable pool 30 x 15ft with raised jacuzzi and oversized pool deck.
The pool overlooks fields with orange trees and the area has sun loungers, plus table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There is a George Foreman electric outdoor Barbeque.

After visiting Disney World in Orlando, Florida, for the kids there are plenty of pool toys to keep them happy, also provided is an outside shower and toilet (no more traipsing through the house to get to the toilet! There is also a covered Lanai, with electric fan for those who wish some shade from the sun.

Highgate Park is a much sought after Gated Community. Located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 12 minutes drive to Disney World.

Within a 5 minute drive you will find a Publix, a Walmart and just a little further, Winn- Dixie. There are also many restaurants within a short drive, including Applebees, Macdonalds, Burger King, Checkers, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell,


The renowned Manny's Chophouse which is absolutely unmissable, is around a 20 minute drive.

Our villa sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet.

The second bedroom also has en suite facilities with queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with large closets.

A third full size family bathroom has basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the private pool area. The family room has a Queen sleeper sofa bed.

The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free local calls).

Four bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities (ideal for 2 families) in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture.

Patio doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months.

Sun loungers, patio chairs, and table are provided along with a selection of inflatables.

The fantastic Games Room has 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey table, Darts Board, Tennis and Badminton rackets for use on the on site Tennis court.

There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.
